I contacted the manufacturer via Instagram and almost immediately received a response. The communication was excellent and professional. Within two days, through brain storming, we agreed on a concept that would be functional and practical. Open communication, playing with ideas.
The finished product is sturdy, practical, but also feel nice to the touch.
