SHIPPING POLICY

Handling Time

Our handling time varies depending on the size of your order and the workload of our small shop. In general, orders are processed and shipped within 2-10 business days. Please note that custom-made items may require additional time due to the nature of personalized production.

Shipping Time

Delivery times may not always align perfectly with estimates, and we ask for your patience. Standard delivery times within Europe range from 1-7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once we receive tracking information from the shipping carrier, we will immediately send it to you via email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active.

Customs Fees

All products are shipped from within the European Union. If your order is being delivered within the EU, no customs fees will be applied. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties may apply according to the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Unclaimed Packages

If the customer does not claim the package and it is returned to us, the customer may contact us to arrange for reshipping. Upon repayment of the shipping costs, we will resend the order. However, if the customer fails to respond to our emails and does not contact us within 60 days, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries. Once the tracking shows that the package has been delivered, we consider the order complete. If you believe there has been a mistake with your delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • 10 EUR to:
    Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal
  • 15 EUR to:
    Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

At Tough Love, our top priority is to ensure that you are thrilled with every aspect of your experience — from the moment you visit our website to every moment you wear and enjoy your items.

We handle all interactions with care, kindness, and integrity, and we expect the same from our customers.

If you need a repair, resize, replacement, or are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@toughlove-leather.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements and choose the correct size. If you have any uncertainties, we encourage you to reach out to us for guidance.

If you discover that the size is incorrect and the item doesn’t fit, don’t worry! We are happy to offer replacements or exchanges for items that need resizing.

Return Procedure

  • Contact within 14 days: If you notice any damage or are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at info@toughlove-leather.com.
  • Customer-related issues: If the issue is on the customer’s side (e.g., ordering the wrong size or deciding they no longer want the item), the customer will cover the return shipping costs.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Product condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Wrong or damaged item: Return or exchange is possible only if the customer received the wrong item, color, or a defective item due to our mistake.
  • Misuse of the product: We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper use of the product. Please follow the care instructions provided with the item.

Important Information

  • We are not responsible for: returns of used, personalized, or specially marked products if the customer no longer wants the item or ordered the wrong size.
  • Return and exchange process: Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item. Do not send the item back without prior agreement.
  • Problems during delivery: If the courier retains or returns the item due to failed delivery or lack of response from the customer, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
