Measurement Guide

Head: Measure around the fullest part of your head, just above your ears

Neck: Wrap the tape around the thickest part while taking a breath in

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist while breathing in

Wrist: Measure around your wrist just above the bone

Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh

Ankle: Measure around your ankle, just above the ankle bone
